This three piece bone stanhope manicure set was a common tool used by travelers in the mid 1800's through the early 1900's. The set includes three tools that fold in and out of the bone handles of this piece. The tools are a nail file with cuticle tool, an ear spoon, and a tooth pick. This set is in very fine condition and was very well kept showing only slight patina. It measures 2 3/4" long and 1/2" wide. The stanhope peep is housed in the end of the set. The view shows the Soldier's National Cemetery in Gettysburg, PA. It is crystal clear, easy to see and offers a fine look of the monument and several rows of tombstones. It's titled THE SOLDIER'S NATIONAL CEMETERY inside the bottom of the view and GETTYSBURG PA under the view. This set is also marked MADE IN FRANCE along the right side. This is a very well maintained collectible Gettysburg souvenir made in late 19th century.
