Meticulously hand wound using wire, thread, thin chain, and very small springs, the adornment of this nickel silver needle case is truly unique. Atop the cap a nickel silver tube is attached housing a stanhope lens. Looking through the tube, a microphotograph of 6 different pictures (with titles) of attractions in Bexhill, E.Sussex, England is magnified with crystal clarity. The condition of this souvenir stanhope needle case is absolutely excellent and 100% original, it still contains 6 assorted needles.
