Description

This brass gilt Victorian scent pitcher is a rare piece of history from the late 1800's. It was likely used as a chatelaine scent bottle and has a pull cork that can be used to dab on the perfume. The stanhope peep can be found in the bottom of the pitcher's handle. The view is titled BLACKPOOL FROM THE SEA and has MANUFACTURED IN FRANCE marked below the view. The microscopic photo is offset, as many were crafted in this century, slightly disallowing a full view of the top left view. Overall this is in excellent condition and blends well into any collection. The five views that are titled as follows;
