Unmarked Sterling silver stanhope charm is a small figural key designed by Walter Lampl of New York for the 1939 World's Fair in New York. The grip is a globe or sphere and houses the stanhope. The microphoto shows the Trylon & Perisphere which were main attractions at the fair. Though many "Democracity" Trylon and Perisphere souvenirs were made for the fair, this jewelry pendant is among the hardest to find today. The condition of the pendant is good and shows some signs of wear. The image is very clear and easy to see. This is a very nice piece to wear as a pendant or charm, or to collect. Could also be worn as a charm on a charm bracelet.
