Antique Butterscotch Bakelite Pencil Pocketknife Souvenir of Morro Castle Fortress Havana Cuba features a stanhope nude woman view in the baseball bat shaped handle
Part Number: JB-56
Availability: In Stock
Souvenir of Havana Cuba 4-1/2" burnt orange butterscotch Bakelite combination pencil pocketknife is in fine and perfect working condition but currently has no lead. Shaped like a  baseball bat (a popular pastime in Cuba), one handle shows a picture of Morro Castle Fortress and is marked "Morro Caste Habana" while the opposite side is marked "Souvenir of Habana. The blade is unmarked and unsharpened with good snap but is oxidized and has some mild common rust along the length. The stanhope image is a clear view of an early 20th century nude woman bent over a pedestal.

This pocketknife pencil combination tool is in Very nice condition and though it has no manufacturer markings, it was made by Palmax of Solingen Germany between the times of 1890-1915. It is a nice collectible piece and would be an important piece in any pocketknife, stanhope, baseball, Cuba, or Pencil collection.
